1. What Sumiro Collab means

Sumiro Collab is a collaboration layer for people and companies that may work with Sumiro Studio on introductions, projects, partner offers, ecosystem work, or shared client opportunities.

A conversation, message, call, or introduction does not create a partnership, agency relationship, employment relationship, or payment obligation by itself.

2. Written agreement required

Any fee, revenue share, commission, referral payment, scope split, exclusivity, or delivery responsibility must be agreed in writing before the relevant work starts.

If there is no written agreement, each side is responsible for its own costs and no commission or fee is owed.

3. Referrals and introductions

Introductions should be made only with clear context and permission from the relevant parties.

Do not represent Sumiro Studio, promise pricing, promise availability, or commit Sumiro Studio to work unless we have approved it in writing.

4. Collaboration conduct

Collaborators should communicate clearly, avoid spam, respect confidentiality and keep client interests first.

Do not use misleading claims, fake scarcity, hidden fees, or pressure tactics when discussing Sumiro Studio or shared opportunities.

5. Confidentiality

Non-public client information, pricing, strategy, product plans, funding details and project material must be kept confidential.

Confidential information may be used only for the collaboration or opportunity it was shared for.

6. Ownership and materials

Each side keeps ownership of its pre-existing work, brand, methods, tools, templates, content and intellectual property.

Shared deliverables, licensing, usage rights and portfolio rights must be defined in the written project agreement.

7. Compliance

Collaborators are responsible for following applicable laws, platform rules, privacy rules, securities rules, anti-bribery rules and marketing rules.

Nothing in Sumiro Collab authorizes illegal fundraising, misleading token promotion, undisclosed paid promotion, or unauthorized use of third-party material.

8. No exclusivity

Unless agreed in writing, Sumiro Collab is non-exclusive.

Sumiro Studio may work with other clients, partners, collaborators, agencies, investors, ecosystems and vendors.

9. Ending a collaboration

Either side may stop a collaboration conversation at any time unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality, payment obligations already agreed in writing, ownership terms and misuse restrictions continue after the collaboration ends.
